You need to know:
A flat rate with costs and heating system is included in the price. If you overtake the costs, you need to pay a surcharge (the difference) at your departure.
Deposit: 50% at the reservation
Guarantee: 200€ (in case of damages, cleaning costs, if everything is okay, we'll give back at the end of your stay)
Possibility to rent: bed sheets and towels
The cleaning needs to be done before your leaving. You have the possibility to book the cleaning when you arrive for €50 extra.
Where
are we located
?
The holidays house is located in the south of Burgundy, in a region called "Bresse Bourguignonne". The appartment is close by from the towns Chalon-sur-Saône (10 minutes), Louhans (20 minutes) and Tournus (25 minutes). It's ideal for visit the city, for the wine route of Burdundy or for business trips.
The access is easy because the appartment is situated in the heart of the village, next to the church. Shops are at the bottom: brasserie/bar, caterer/butcher, tobacco store, hairdresser. Post office and pharmacy are at 5 min walking.
Shopping area with artisanal products at 2 km.
Note: The apartment is located near shops, there may be noise pollution early in the morning.
If you like bike, a speaial road "voie verte La Voie Bressane" crosses the village. It starts from Chalon-sur-Sâone and continues in Louhans for finishes in Lons le Saunier ;)
